Screw-Thread Type Metal Tube Float Variable Area Flowmeter

LZ series metal tube float flowmeter (also known as metal rotor flowmeter) is divided into LZZ DH and LZZ D two series, with a simple structure, reliable, wide range of applications, high precision, easy installation and so on. This series of flowmeter and glass float flowmeter, with high pressure, high temperature, strong sense of security, according to the flow output 4 ~ 20mA current signal can be used for automatic detection and control and so on. And can be applied to opaque media and corrosive media flow measurement. Two series are points on-site instructions and on-site instructions remote transmission type.
LZZ DH series consists of measuring tube, orifice plate and float (cone tube and float) and magnetic converter. According to the installation method can be divided into vertical basic type, horizontal type; according to the connection is divided into flange type, screw type and clamp type, they correspond to the caliber flow range and basic performance of the same. The series of vertical flange can be made of PTFE or F46 corrosion-resistant type.
LZZ D series consists of measuring tube, cone, float and magnetic converter, the series is no corrosion-resistant.
The working parameters of this series of instruments and their conversion, correction by the instrumentation software to provide the standard calculation method to ensure the accuracy of the instrument and measurement reliability.
